We encourage homeowners to learn about the lumber grades, here is a simple lesson.

Dimensional Stock

Douglas Fir – Select lumber up to 24’ long

            SPF – 2x4 & 2x6 from 8’ to 16’

            Red Oak – 1x4 thru 1x12; 5/4” & 8/4” thicknesses

            Western Red Cedar – 1x4 thru 1x12; 2x & 5/4” thicknesses

            Clear Pine – 1x4 thru 1x12; 1/2” and 5/4” thicknesses

            ACQ Treated – Premium 2x4 thru 2x12 as well as 5/4” decking         

            Clear Redwood – 1x4 thru 1x12; 5/4 clear & 2x const. grade

            Poplar – 1x4 thru 1x12; 1/2” and 5/4” thicknesses

            9 1/2” and 11 7/8” up to 48’ long in stock.
